Coronation Street actor and Boyzone singer Keith Duffy, along with Miss Cork Universe Anita O’Brien and Dealz Senior business Manager Leonard Brassel celebrated the opening of the new Dealz store in Cork, located at 1 Queen’s Old Castle, Grand Parade, on Thursday 16th February 2012.
The new store has over 8,230 sq ft store of retail space and offers customers a wide selection of branded products from health and beauty, food and drink to clothing accessories. Dealz is proudly supporting Irish suppliers and are stocking a range of products produced in Ireland, such as milk, eggs, crisps and cakes.
Commenting at the new store opening, Cork native and Dealz Senior Business Manager Leonard Brassel said: “We are really excited to be kicking off 2012 with new stores opening in the Republic Of Ireland, including the introduction of Dealz Cork where we are creating 35 new jobs. Dealz has created 250 new jobs since August 2011 and are committed to continue delivering amazing value on a wide range of products throughout 2012. Dealz Cork will offer customers everything they need for the New Year including great seasonal ranges for Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day.
