We got to know of Cork Video Production through doing intensive research on the internet’. We had a particular style in mind, seeking high definition and cinematic type recording. On viewing samples of A.J work, ‘I Know I had to have this videographer, record our special day’. A.j captures this to perfection. Using his high clarity, up to date equipment, and editing software. Incorporated varied angle work and incredible music to set the tone of the day also.
His approach from the onset was very friendly, helpful and completely professional at all times. I best describes his work as ‘absolutely brilliant’. His phrase - ‘If I’m going to do it at all, it has to be done right’, springs to mind. What I saw as perfect, he still managed to surpass in editing, coping and fine tuning in the lateral stages of the production. His so accommodating, of special requests, placing our songs, even a photo and other minor aspects into the DVD – without it been any issue. This can be seen in the short sample clip posted online of us. ‘This meant a lot to me’. He always kept in mind what we wanted. I appreciated how he saw the important of detail, which he delivers by the truck load. It’s not just a job to him. I can see the extent of work A.j goes to, with each and every video that makes up his unique portfolio.
We added a video diary to our DVD, this involved working with A.j before our wedding day. This in my opinion adds huge richness to the end result and giving it such a unique personal touch. So worthwhile, to set the scene for what was to come on the day. My husband remarked that it made a huge difference knowing A.j better before the wedding day, - which I completely agree with. It put us as a couple, in a position to capture the history of our relationship, something you never get from the mass or photo album. Our family and friends just loved it this concept. On the day we felt unperturbed, as he works around you.
A.j has a huge emphasis the more natural looks (shoots), this is especially evident with regard to guests throughout the day. You can tell everyone are at ease and alleviates awkward smiles or behaviour. Guests even remarked this afterwards.
Our sample video was posted online for us and on viewing it ‘I simply burst into tears’ – it was overwhelming to watch– ‘sheer class’. Our DVD I feel is timeless, and captures our personality to perfection. Thanks a million again for everything A.j, we couldn’t be happier with our DVD– you did a magnificent job! To anyone thinking of getting a video done, I can’t recommend him highly enough. This DVD we will cherish forever.

Here are just a few words we put together:
From the very beginning of our engagement, we said that we didn’t want a wedding video. We thought that it would be a complete waste of money and we both felt that we would not be comfortable with a camera focussed on us for the entire day.
In the end, however, we decided to get a wedding video. AJ, of VideoCork Productions, was our first port of call.
We thought that having a video might interfere with the smooth running of our day. However, from our very first meeting with AJ, he explained everything to us and was very reassuring. We found him to be very thorough and professional. He visited both our church and photo locations before the day in order to get footage which he incorporated into our final wedding video. He was also keen to have our input from start to finish. He is clearly passionate about his work and this was evident from beginning to end, especially in his attention to detail. And, in the end, on our wedding day, we barely even noticed that the VideoCork Productions crew was there.
In conclusion, we were delighted to have our video. So many moments were captured that we did not notice ourselves on the day, and because the day flies by so quickly, it was great to watch all our precious moments again a few weeks later when all the partying was over. We were also delighted with the personalised DVD cases which is customised by VideoCork Productions and were a great gift for our families. Again, AJ's personal touch was second to none.

"For a couple who weren't going to have a wedding video, our dvd from VideoCork Productions has formed part of our most treasured wedding memorabilia! After our initial online query, AJ met with us to talk us through the various wedding packages and answered any questions we had. Once the booking was made, it gave us great peace of mind to know that our wedding footage was going to be in such safe hands.
In preparation for our big day, AJ visited our wedding venue and church to become more accustomed with them ahead of our big day. From the moment he arrived the morning of our wedding day, he put the bridal party at ease by blending into the background and filming without intrusion. He continued in that vein for the rest of the day, so much so, that family members and guests alike have since commented on the fact that they had no idea they were on film.
The equipment used by AJ was state of the art and he worked tirelessly throughout the day. For our wedding DVD, we have to thank AJ for inviting us to be a part of the editing process and for letting us choose from a list of favourite songs to form part of the soundtrack. The end result was magnificent, even down to the personalised DVD cover. The happiest day of our lives was beautifully captured by AJ and it was very emotional watching it back. Firstly, we must compliment AJ on being absolutely fantastic on the day. He was amazing from the minute he walked in to our house he just disappeared into the background - we didn't even know he was there. Such a pleasant and, from the look of the video, a gifted guy. So happy we choose you to capture our big day. I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and wonderful jovial manner throughout the day.
The sample is amazing, really love it as do all of our family and friends - we must have watched it at least 100 times at this stage! The main video is also fantastic, I especially love how 'Mr. Blue Sky' starts - perfectly timed!
